Return Scroll

A Return Scroll that gives you the choice of keeping the old stats or accepting the stat changes the next time a scroll that changes non-potential stats is used on a piece of equipment 1 time.
The Return Scroll effect disappears even after a failed use of a scroll that reduces the remaining scroll count and the remaining scroll count is kept.
