The Mistress' Icicle

Once upon a time, a 50-million-year-old icicle was granted life, and became the Mistress of Ice. It's said the icicle formed slowly, growing 0.0001 mm every year. Someone has been writing bits of her legend down on paper and spreading it around. Something amazing will occur when you gather all of the papers and speak the three-digit password.
