Condensed Star Dust

Sprinkle some of this dust on Jett's Core to randomly reconfigure its stats. Has a higher chance of granting better stats than regular Star Dust. If Jett is at least Lv. 120 and the Core has been completed, this dust also has a chance to randomly increase or decrease stat ranks.
