80% Reduction in EXP Gain and Drop Rate

Temporarily reduces EXP gain, and drop rate, by 80% as a death penalty. If another EXP and/or drop rate penalty is in effect, only the higher penalty will apply. Using a Safety Charm item will remove this penalty immediately.
