Resets all stats on an item, except for Hidden Potentials. Can only be used on equipment. If used on an item that grows, the item may revert to its pre-growth state. Resets additional stats and Scissor uses. Items that aren't eligible for Scissors will not have their trade status reset.
Cannot be used on items that have Scissors of Karma, Sharing Tag, or Item Guard applied.
