Resets all stats on an item, except for Hidden Potentials. Can only be used on equipment. If used on an item that grows, the item may revert to its pre-growth state. Additional options will not be reset.
Cannot be used on items that have Scissors of Karma, Sharing Tag, or Item Guard applied.
