The higher the star level of the item, the greater the bonus to attributes.
Target item will vanish upon failure without leaving an Equipment Trace. Cannot be used on items with 15+ Stars.

2-Star: 70%
3-Star: 60%
4-Star: 50%
5-Star: 40%
6-Star: 30%
7-Star: 20%
8-Star: 10%
9-Star: 5% or lower
